We have 2 studios filled with passion, laughter and community love. Whether you're ready to fly, relax or get sweaty, we have a class that fits your fitness level and goals. Our instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging and can't wait to be part of your yoga journey!

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga

Our Aerial Yoga classes combine yoga movements with aerial arts. Using a yoga swing or silk fabric, you will be guided through a gentle, all level practice with a few tricks and challenges sprinkled in for fun. 


Our class size is small and you will be encouraged to work at your own level. For some new students, class can feel challenging and overwhelming. Many different options will be provided to allow you to work at your own level. There may be moves or tricks you will not be able to do your first class. We promise you will grow into it the more you practice!  


*** There is no weight limit for Aerial Yoga. Our equipment is rated to support nearly 1,000 pounds! If you are concerned about attending class for any reason, give us a call or email! 


ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED DUE TO LIMITED SPACE AND EQUIPMENT.

 

Cancellations require 12 hour advance notice, late cancellations will be deducted from your pass and cannot be refunded.

Standard Yoga

Our Standard Yoga ranges from gentle to beginner to more advanced classes. We believe in offering a variety to help you create a practice that fits your needs. We even have fitness drumming and meditation. Everything you need in one great location to feel good about you! 


*** We have mats and props for use. You are welcome to bring your own mat and props if you prefer. It will be helpful to bring a water bottle and small towel if you would like.


ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR STANDARD MAT YOGA; HOWEVER, IT'S STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga

Our Hot Yoga classes are sure to get you sweating! The upstairs studio is heated to 105 degrees with specialty heaters designed to create and maintain the proper room temperature. Our classes will take you through a series of yoga poses synchronizing movement with breath. You will build stamina, increase flexibility and deeply relax. Best part is a cool cloth during savasana to complete your practice! 


We encourage you to bring a hand towel to wipe off any sweat and drink plenty of water prior, during and after your practice.  For more information about the benefits and contraindications, download the pdf's below.

More about our studio

WE OFFER FREE BABYSITTING

Our babysitting room is staffed with one sitter for our weekday (am and pm) classes. Most kids love the kid's room, but some children take some time to get used to it. You are welcome to sit with your child in the play room to help them get comfortable with it. You are also invited to check out the room before each class to make sure you feel the toys are in good condition and that you feel comfortable with the room as well.  


*** Please make sure to check the weekly schedule to see when  babysitting is offered.

WE HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED

We have mats, and all the props you will need to use, here at the studio. We even offer a cool cloth at the end of Hot Yoga classes. You are welcome to bring your own mat and props if you prefer. It's helpful to bring a water bottle and small towel if you would like. We know how to treat you right!

WHAT TO WEAR

We want you to be comfortable in your skin. It's important for the comfort and safety of your practice that you wear proper clothes to class. Here are some Go Aerial Fitness recommendations:


AERIAL YOGA

  • No shorts or loose fitting pants
  • Leggings or tights are best
  • No crop or midrift shirts
  • Tight shirts or ones you can tie are best
  • No jewelry


MAT & HOT YOGA 

  • Jeans or stiff fabrics can be difficult to move in
  • Workout clothes you feel comfortable in are best
  • If you prefer shorts, make sure they are tighter to the body
  • No shoes
  • If you prefer socks, make sure they have sticky bottoms
  • For Hot Yoga, you may prefer lighter weight clothes that wick

If you still have any concerns about what to wear, feel free to contact us. 

RECOMMENDATION

Our studio uses Mind-Body Online. We recommend downloading the app if you don't have it. It's the easiest way to book and pay for classes and workshops.

Studio Etiquette

CREATING A MINDFUL COMMUNITY

We want to provide the best experience possible and be mindful of all our students and teachers. It's important that as a community we respect each other's practice. Here are recommendations on building a supportive community:


  • Be on time or 15 minutes early if a new student
  • Be quiet and mindful of other students during savasana or meditation
  • Clean your mat after class if using a studio mat
  • Wear proper attire and no jewelry as recommended above
  • Sign in using Mind-Body or on the paper sheet on the table at the front - It's very helpful to our teachers to allow them to focus on class
  • Make sure you have a doctor's release if you have had a recent injury, accident or illness including any other medical concerns that requires extra attention
